Francia Cooper is a marketing and brand consultant, PR strategist, and the founder of Leap by FC, a fitness and wellness brand dedicated to making healthy practices attainable and accessible to all. With a deep passion for movement, storytelling, and community-building, Francia has spent over ten years shaping global brands through strategic marketing, PR, and influencer partnerships.

Currently, Francia serves as Senior Global Brand Communications Manager at Maybelline, a subsidiary of L’Oréal Group, where she leads global comms initiatives for one of the world’s most recognized beauty brands. Prior to Maybelline, she held key roles at FEKKAI and BECCA Cosmetics/Estée Lauder, managing public relations, influencer partnerships, and large-scale brand activations. Throughout her career, she has worked with industry icons and high-profile talent, from Chrissy Teigen and Khloé Kardashian to Gigi Hadid, Peggy Gou and Jaclyn Hill..

Born and raised in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Francia’s upbringing instilled in her a global perspective and a deep appreciation for culture and connection, which is reflected in her travels today. Whether exploring new destinations or training in different environments, she finds inspiration in movement and community wherever she goes. This passion for wellness and accessibility led her to create Leap by FC, a platform designed to break down barriers in health and fitness—helping people take the leap in their own journeys.

Beyond beauty, Francia has cultivated her own presence as a micro-influencer in the fitness and wellness space, collaborating with brands like Nike, Victoria Secret Sport, and Calvin Klein. She is also an ambassador for Gympass and continues to expand her reach in the wellness space.

Francia’s journey began with internships at Ocean Drive Magazine and Haute Living Magazine, along with hospitality experience at SLS Hotel and Morgan’s Hotel Group. She holds a BA in Advertising and Broadcast Communications from Barry University in Miami and relocated to New York City to pursue her career in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness.

Through her expertise in brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and PR, Francia continues to make an impact—whether she’s leading global campaigns, training with her community, or inspiring others to take the leap toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
